Whilst there are no specific entry requirements, this programme builds on the content and learning contained in the Chartered Management Institute Certificate in Management, and assumes that candidates on the programme will have personal responsibility in their current middle or senior management role for partnership working.

The Diploma in Public Service Leadership is a qualification which has been designed with public sector organisations. It is aimed at developing professional managers within the public sector and encouraging them to work more collaboratively within and across organisations.

Qualification Level
Qualifications at this level are at the same level as Bachelors’ Degrees with Honours, Graduate Certificates and Diplomas. This qualification has been credit-rated by SQA for the Scottish Credit and Qualifications Framework with 88 points at Level 9. The qualification has also been accredited by QCA on the NQF at Level 6 and on successful completion of this programme you will achieve the CMI Level 6 Diploma in Public Service Leadership.
