Course Content:

The Executive Diploma covers the following topics:

• Self-development

• Managing performance

• Finance and resource management

• Managing business challenges

• Managing operations

• Financial planning

• Human resource planning

• Project specifications and objectives

Delivery:

Available as a distance learning programme, customised programme delivered for an employer or occasionally we deliver it as an open programme.

Timescales:

As a guide, this course will involve approximately 280 hours study, excluding the assignment and is usually studied over a year.

Level of Programme

This is a level 7 qualification, equivalent to Masters degrees, postgraduate

certificates and diplomas

Entry Requirements:

This qualification builds on the content and learning contained in the Chartered Management Institute’s Diploma in Management. If you already hold this qualification, and your current or anticipated job role will require you to act in a senior or strategic management capacity, the Executive Diploma in Management is the right qualification for this stage of your career and personal development. Even if you don’t hold the Diploma in Management, this will still be the case if you can show that your prior learning and experience and any qualifications you have are at a comparable level, breadth and depth.
