What will I study?
The AS course starts with an introduction to Sociology followed by Families and Households. Your AS will be completed with a focused module on the Sociology of Education. During your second year, you will look at the Mass Media which has proven to be a hugely popular module. Finally, your A Level will be completed by looking at Stratification and Differentiation plus Theory and Methods.

Huish Extra
In your second year there is a trip to an Eastern European country. You will have the opportunity to see how their health and education systems differ from the UK. This has proved to be a popular and worthwhile experience.
