Running Linux on zSeries
Linux running native; Linux as a logical partition; Linux as a zVM guest; Virtual Image Facility for Linux; features: communications etc.; planning, sizing and installing; Backup/Recovery.


Administering Linux under z/OS - what is involved?
Skills requirements; managing devices and file systems; managing users and groups; Linux security; monitoring.


Maintaining Linux on zSeries
Installing, updating, and managing products via RPM; installing software from source code.
