Course programme
This course is for you if you have a history of learning difficulties or disabilities, and need to continue developing your communication and social skills, your living skills and employability skills.
What qualifications or experience do I need ?You need to have completed successfully any Entry level 2 qualification and have good references of attendance and motivation to engage in learning.
What will I study ?This course will enable you to develop and gain employability skills and an opportunity to do work experience with the appropriate level of support that you may need. You will work on your CV and interview skills to improve communication and to be engaged in an enterprise activity. Also, every attempt will be made to liaise with other organisations and get you into suitable placements that cater for your interests and abilities.
How will I be assessed ?Initial assessment of English and Maths and an interview.
What qualifications could I achieve ?Edexcel E3 BTEC Certificate in Vocational Studies.
