History
Emma founded London Speech Workshop (LSW) in 2008 in response to a demand for high quality communication training courses in London. Over several years Emma developed the Serlin Method™, which infuses performance, psychology and coaching. She has a background in performance, did a postgrad at a prestigious drama school and was an award-winning theatre director. She also trained as a life coach with the Coaches Training Institute and has an MSc in Psychology.
Emma has written two books about effective communication and has also made guest appearances on Newsnight and London Live. She personally coached the Korean Olympic Bid team, which led to their successful bid for the 2018 Winter Olympics. Emma and her team have worked with senior executives, TV personalities and ex prime ministers. She is often asked for her input in radio, documentary and newspaper articles and has contributed to The Times Newspaper, the FT and The Independent.

I understood that Japanese is a written based language this means every character has its own sound and works as a word. But in english, every letter has its own sound and putted together make a word. Thanks to Gilly I imrpoved a lot!
