Course programme

  • START WITH A TASTER
In this one-hour taster session your coach will find out your goals, strengths and challenges. They will build a road map of your communication, and create a plan for you of 5/10 or 15 sessions. You will learn some key communication tools and get a sense of our unique approach.
  • ONE TO ONE TAILORED COACHING
We don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. Your coach will fully tailor the course around your unique needs, goals and challenges, measuring success on your terms. They will also give you a practice plan and assignments, helping you embed and integrate tools in your life so that you see lasting results.
  • THE PRACTICALS
Each one to one session is an hour long and is delivered face to face in one of our central London locations or via skype. You will be given a 130+ page Effective Communication manual packed with Serlin Method™ resources. We recommend you take weekly sessions where possible. We offer 5, 10 and 15 session bundles.
  • FILMED AND RECORDED
In each session we use film and vocal recordings so that you can see and hear your progress for yourself. This puts you in the driving seat. It’s not about us telling you what is good, you get to see for yourself the profound effects of the tools you have just learned thereby accelerating your learning and engagement.
