Are you passionate about the global community? Fascinated by the movement of populaces and the impact this has had on culture, history and society? An MA in Transnational Studies at the University of Southampton unlocks interdisciplinary modes of inquiry which allow you to understand a rapidly transforming globalized world. Study modules that focus on a range of cultures and periods, from imperialism and decolonisation to the transnational movement in the age of globalisation. Through the masters course, you will not only learn how worldwide thinkers conceptualise the global traffic of people, goods, and ideas but be encouraged to locate your own research interests within global frameworks.
