Overview
A two day course designed to give experienced Macintosh users a full appreciation of this new OS. We will look at background history, installation procedures, configuration, basic internet, networking and printer configurations and compatibility issues and some simple troubleshooting.

Prerequisites
Competent Macintosh/WindowsNT user who has had experience of configuring and using Macs and PCs and is familiar with general computer terminology. This course is not recommended for beginners.
