The application of make up is becoming an increasily sought after skill of the beauty therapist, or even hair dresser and nail technician. Whatever your trade within the industry you cant go wrong by having a qualification in Make Up application. You can then offer this as a treatment at pamper parties, baby showers, wedding make up, stage make up or just show people how to apply their make up correctly using a variety of corrective and shading techniques.

Consultation process and an example of the consultation card, taking into account clients skin tone, hair colour, eye colour, best and worst features, face shape and undertones.

Correct application of make up, doing corrective techniques such as enhancing the eyes, disguising large noses, enhancing small noses and working with the shape of the face, eyes and lips. Helping the client to apply and remove their make up. Advising on the cleanse, tone and moisturise process and on concealer choices.

Application of Strip Lashes and correct removal
