You will be taught by a mixture of demonstration and practise,with some individual support from the tutor.
You may continue to work on your project outside class hours if you wish.
Basic materials and tool are supplied, though you may wish to purchase your own.

Depending on your interest and level of skill, you could take your sewing and construction skills further with VX414 Start sewing, VX350 Fashion: garment construction for improvers, VX342 Sewing on Sundays: advanced or VX347 Fashion: advanced sewing skills. You could also look at related courses in embroidery, knitting, textile design and fashion.
