During this course we will discuss different ingredients, their benefits and purpose and how they are used in skin care preparations. Experiment with oils, butters, waxes, clays, seaweed, fruit extracts, essential oils, emulsifiers, preservatives, exfoliating agents and masses more ingredients to design and make your own products. Whilst we provide you with recipes for you to follow, we will also give you the opportunity to formulate and design your own version of the products. Perfect for anyone who wants to design and use their own skincare products. Suitable for: Anyone who wishes to learn how to make their own range of natural skin care products

Sally has run Plush Folly for just over six years. She has helped write two books, The Real Soapmakers E-book, (Sally wrote the chapter on Product Safety Assessment & Cosmetic Legislation) & a craft book in which she wrote the section on making paper. Sally has consultant for a large company during their filming of crime fiction based around an organic soap & toiletry manufacturer. As well as making natural cosmetics live on BBC Solent radio, Sally worked with Channel 5 television production, advising on a formulation for making soap.
