Duration:
12 or 18 month

Course Overview
This Level 7 programme focuses on critical analsis of manangement issues. There is the option to study either call centre, health care and hospitality.

Course Content
Core Modules for each stream:

  • Corporate Stratefy (20 Credits)
  • Dissertation (12,000 words) (60 Credits)
  • Research Methods (20 Credits)

Learners on healthcare, call centre and tourism streams will be required to complete two additional modules.

Please note streams will be delivered subjecxt to learner numbers.

Optional Modules include:

  • Cross Cultural Human Resource Management (20 Credits)
  • Strategic Management of International Enterprises (20 Credits)
  • International Marketing (20 Credits)
  • International Corporate Finance (20 Credits)
  • International Environments of Business (20 Credits)

Please note, optional units will be delivered subject to learners numbers.

Dissertation:
You will be required to complete a 12,000 word Dissertation with the emphasis on your specialism

Learning Methods
You will learn through a combination of:

  • Teaching areas generally comprise: interactive whiteboard, presentation software/video projection facility, VLE/Internet access.
  • Students have access to specialist books and computers in the college’s library as well as on-line journals and resources through the Athens system.
  • The school also offers student’s additional IT resources within the Sandyford Campus (comprising computers with appropriate industry-standard software).

Assessment Methods
Assessment is continuous through coursework, group work, tutorial, workshops and assignments
