Course programme
Looking to stand out from the crowd and progress even further as a manager? Our foundation degree course can help - and you can continue to work while you study.
Full descriptionIf you're new to a management role, our course will help you to develop a raft of new skills. We'll look at managing people, marketing, finance, planning and strategy, decision making, leadership and sustainability.
As well as studying the theories behind management and leadership, we focus on developing relevant, practical knowledge that you can put to use straight away in your work.
Our foundation degree (FdA) is designed to be completed in 30 months while you're working, and you'll typically set aside about ten to 15 hours per week for study. Once you've completed the FdA, you might choose to 'top-up' to a full BA (Hons) Management.
Our specialist distance learning tutors will guide you through the course, making sure that you're learning things that are relevant to your career. You can study online from a place that suits you: you'll simply need a PC and internet access. You'll also have use of our facilities, including an extensive digital library.
