The Leadership & Change pathway equips you with the knowledge and skills to become an agile leader and changemaker.
To be a successful leader in today’s climate, you must be able to effectively respond to cultural shifts and technological advances. This pathway will give you the skills to recognise and maximise new opportunities to successfully navigate the constantly shifting business market.
To inspire others, you need to radiate confidence, motivate different types of employee, and offer a clear vision while adapting to change. Our MA Management programme will help you explore a wide range of leadership styles, and encourage you to make a difference in work and in your community.
This programme takes a holistic approach to management. You'll develop your personal as well as your professional characteristics, and build your people skills. You'll be challenged to assess your own strengths and weaknesses, and dig deep to improve your self-reliance and resilience.

Course programme

Length

There are two entry points each year in January and September. If you begin your studies in September, it will take approximately 12 months to complete the programme. If you start in January, it will take approximately 16 months.

Teaching and Assessment

Through group seminars and lectures, you will learn to compare different management perspectives and case studies, and put your learning into practice in business simulations.
