What you will learn

Managing Acquisition Change effectively and efficiently is the central tenet to the delivery of Defence Reform. An effective understanding of the knowledge, skills, tools, techniques and behaviours associated with the consultant/client relationship is central to successful delivery of change. This course is therefore relevant to all those working in defence acquisition, military, civilian, MoD and Industry who wish to develop their change management skills. Successful completion of this course and its associated assessment delivers either a Certificate or Diploma from the Institute of Management.

The objective of this course is to provide our students with detailed understanding of the various aspects involved in managing acquisition change.
