Managing Activities

This course will give an understanding of the process of managing activities. It will help participants to understand the activities they manage; have a clear understanding of why they do what they do; examine the demands, constraints and choices they have in their roles; understand managerial effectiveness through planning and the benefits effective management can give to both the individual and the organisation.
