This workshop provides participants with the knowledge, skills and tools required for ensuring fair and effective management of poor or under performance.
Lunch and refreshments are provided.
Group discussion, individual and pairs work, self-assessment activities, energisers and icebreakers will all be used in this workshop.
Participants will be given a learning review to complete at the end of the workshop.
