Today, people management is an essential element of companies, which have turned Human Resources departments into a strategic part of the business with the aim of attracting, recruiting and retaining talent effectively. To do this, having professionals specialized in HR and highly trained to direct all strategies focused on human capital seems inevitable. The Master in Human Resources Management and Talent Development at EAE Business School Madrid combines in-depth technical training in HR (labour relations, workforce planning, talent attraction and management, metrics and financial analysis...) with training in management skills (leadership, teamwork, change management, or negotiation and management techniques), in addition to including current topics, such as Human Resources Community Management, Virtual Team Management, Big Data and Business Intelligence for decision making in HR, Employer Branding, CSR or project management. By studying this course you will obtain a double degree: the Master's Degree in Human Resources and Talent Development from EAE Business School Madrid and the University Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Talent Management from UNIE.
About this course
Through the Master in Human Resources and Talent Development you will achieve the following objectives: Develop human resources systems and policies adapted to the specific organization in order to maximize its competitiveness, launching recruitment, selection, motivation, compensation, training and performance evaluation programs in line with the business strategy. Apply labor legislation for decision-making in people management, mainly in hiring and remuneration, as well as follow and promote regulations on occupational risk prevention. Define and apply strategies for the development of human capital and guidelines for the management of professional careers for employees, based on career plans based on training, improving working conditions and promotions. Prepare ethical codes, conciliation systems, programs for equal opportunities and non-discrimination for reasons of gender or others, and promotion of the quality of working life, collecting all of this in function and procedure manuals.
In order to access the Master in Human Resources and Talent Development it is necessary to have a university degree, preferably bachelor's degrees, diplomas or degrees in: Economic Sciences. Business Studies. Business Management. Economy. Labor Sciences and Human Resources. Psychology, Pedagogy, or Sociology. Labor Relations and Human Resources. Postgraduates who have completed official mater education that includes the fundamentals of these qualifications.
