* The minimum entry requirement of our Postgraduate course is an Undergraduate (Honours) Degree equivalent to that of UK University in computing or business related subjects. The basis of offers made to applicants will be reviewed regularly in relation to the demand for places.
* English proficiency is essential.
* 2 years proven work experience.
* Students with out holding a Bachelor degree can join this program with Mature Entry if they have 5 years proven management work experience

Introduction
This course focuses on developing your knowledge and skills as a manager, and specifically your knowledge and skills in managing and developing an organsation's greatest resources, its people.
The content of the course are not the exclusive province of any single discipline or any combination of disciplines. Some backgrounds are more suitable for entry to the course than others. Each student will be considered on an individual basis. Candidates may be interviewed at the discretion of the Course Organizers or a delegated representative of the Course Organizers.
Course Structure
The course has a flexible modular structure and consists of eight core subjects and a Project. A particular emphasis is given in achieving an optimal balance of theory and practice; students will be given exposure to leading-edge business and management practices.
