All applicants are considered on their own merits. Applicants must normally hold a first degree from a UK university or an equivalent professional qualification, although well experienced individuals may be accepted without. In any case, at least three years management experience is required. All suitable applicants will be requested to attend an interview.

Management in an international context is an important focus, strengthened by involvement with international partner institutions. The part-time MBA has a growing reputation and is delivered jointly with other institutes in Berlin, Mannaheim and Budapest.
Students can normally expect to complete the MBA within two years. The programme consists of 180 credits in three stages as shown in the table below. Syndicate and group work is encouraged to enable participants to benefit from the varied backgrounds and experience of other cohort members. Guest speakers and alumni may also be invited in order to enrich the content.
The teaching team has a reputation for professionalism and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. Several of the lecturers have published books and articles on a range of key management topics. The library and computer labs are extremely well equipped and library staff are very helpful in assisting students with enquiries or difficulties.
Attendance is normally scheduled into three-day study blocks from Thursday to Saturday, approximately once per month. This minimises disruption and absence from the workplace. Assessment Each credit-rated module is assessed by an assignment, usually work-based. There are no formal examinations. This ensures that learning is context-specific and transfers learning to the participant's organisation
