The Master in Project Management is designed to train agile, efficient professionals with leadership capacity equipped to manage teams and projects that achieve optimal performance for their companies. El program is structured in a highly practical way, combining more human competencies with the most sophisticated methodologies, such as the application of executive skills and the use of the latest-generation software to simulate different scenarios (situations tackled today that you may well face in your professional lives tomorrow).

The Master in Project Management incorporates contents to get key professional certifications in the sector: the PMP® (from the PMI®), and Expert Scrum Foundations (ESF®) and Expert Scrum Master (ESM®) from EuropeanScrum.org. Moreover, participants gain practical knowledge of KANBAN (aligned with the Kanban Institute®), Scaled Agile - “Making the whole company agile, not just projects”- (Scrum@Scale® by SCRUMInc; SAFe® 5.1 by SCALED AGILE®; Large-Scale Scrum by LeSS; and NEXUS® by Scrum.org®), as well as Data Science, Analytics and Business Intelligence applied to PMO settings.
