Learning Outcomes

1. Understand the relationship of marriage and a civil partnership and how they come into being; 2. Understand the role of the Courts in matrimonial and civil partnership disputes; 3. Be able to to explain the grounds upon which a marriage and civil partnership can be terminated; 4. Be able to explain how to process an undefended divource and civil partnership from inception through to the Decree Absolute

One multiple choice test and one assignment answering eight questions. Approximately 2500 words
