I spent 3 months at Kaplan Oxford. I really enjoyed this experience, people (school or outside) are all really nice and willing to help at all times. The atmosphere is very friendly and cheerful. The staff was always understandable, and listening, and solve the problems, if any, very quickly. I highly recommend choosing this school if the desire to learn English and make new friends from around the world present. I am rather large city that moves constantly, such as London, I did not much like the city of Oxford, but I am very happy to have chosen for my 3 months in England.

I'll share my sad experience with the school organization Coral Gables (Miami). Let's start with the positives. The courses are of good quality with motivated teachers and very teacher. The school is well equipped with a computer room and digital paintings very practice for learning a language.
Let the downside is that everything is complicated: The proposed Housing in Ponce de Leon hotel is really unacceptable! The hotel is not even worthy of a 1 star hotel in France. The room stinks of moldy (high humidity in Miami), the essential air conditioning here is VERY VERY noisy and walking and finally has half the kitchenette promised by the body comes down to a minibar fridge (impossible to put a large bottle, for example) and a microwave. To top it off, the maid is gone after my application after 2 weeks to change the sheets. A 1000 euros a month it is a real shame!
This is where things get complicated with the school I ask another dwelling impossible for the school to help me, then I request a refund of the remaining month that Kaplan France refused on the grounds that in the general conditions of sale it is notified that an 8-week notice is applied. In short, having found another solution I have just lost nearly 3,000 euros in the first home.
BUT, the worst is to come .... At least in January unfortunately I fall sick I finished in the hospital and missed nine days of the course, I warn school but nothing there ... My stewardship falls less than 80% to 76.9 exactly, the school then report me to the government that excludes me directly from a territory with a delay of 7 days. Yet I bring all receipts, certificate from the hospital etc ... They want to hear or accept proof pretext that the government refuse what is totally wrong elsewhere.
So I turn back to Kaplan France. They will not even listened to me brings me no solution and are also very rude including 'commercial'. I request the manager who avoids all my calls. The school promises me a solution and makes me wait After 1 month without news. I have to constantly restart but nothing happens. Do me that remaining 2 months of classes they played shows boats leading me to lose much time. In the end, no transfer possible in another country, no refunds. Pressure from their very strong hand to make me leave the territory as soon as possible. The 'commercial' very courteous before payment of school transform once the transfer is made.
In short, Kaplan who nevertheless has an educational role to play not to live up to its promises. This company advocates the teaching is nothing but a 'cash machine' American. Attention to the Terms of Sale of 10 pages.
