MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION - GLOBAL MANAGEMENT

Regardless of your business focus, gaining a global perspective is vital for successful leaders. The Master of Business
Administration - Global Management degree program provides students with the tools required for effective leadership
in a global economy where creative management of both people and technology is vital.
The program helps current and aspiring global managers gain the specialised skills needed to lead multicultural and
multinational work forces. There are two primary goals: to provide students with a broad-based understanding of the
economics of international business operations, and to prepare students for managing human and material resources
within various cultural, legal and political contexts.
Coursework will emphasise how to balance the needs of shareholders, customers and employees with local customs
and government regulations. Students will also learn how to identify opportunities and develop alternative courses of
action within the limits of the international environment.

COURSE OBJECTIVES
\u0002 Provide students with the knowledge, competencies and processes to ensure their employability within the field of
management upon graduation and/or enable progression to further study and research.
\u0002 To understand what effective managers do while operating in the global environment. Management concepts, theory
and practice are discussed within the international context.
\u0002 Demonstrate an ability to anticipate and adapt to the changes in the organisational environment.
