History
The Chief Executive of MedEx Training Limited, Rachael Fletcher, comes from healthcare and training background. The company was first established as MedEx Training Solutions in September 2005. Initially, the idea was to provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training to GP’s and dentists. The MedEx Training Solutions Logo was based on an idea representing the chain of survival which is part of the CPR Training. In the chain of survival there are four links the third deemed to be the most important. The company strap line “A vital link in the chain of survival” was quickly replaced as it would always limit the type of training they could provide. To be successful MedEx knew that it would need to expand both the range of courses offered and its customer base and within a couple of months the company had their first annual contract to provide training to a group of care homes....
