Taking a cultural studies approach to the media, this course invites you to engage with key theoretical debates that bridge the arts and social sciences.
You study the media (the press, broadcasting, film and digital media) as institutions, texts and systems of representation, exploring the media’s political, social and cultural power in everyday life and the public sphere.

You should normally have an upper second-class (2.1) undergraduate honours degree or above.
