Meetings - Taking Minutes
Minutes form a historical record of what has been said at a meeting, discussed, agreed and approved, together with a list of actions – clearly defined. Minutes are not however, a verbatim record - an important distinction to remember.
Taking minutes at meetings isn’t easy and the objective of this highly participative course is to help delegates simplify the process, keep control and not let distractors and distractions spoil a good result.
