Learn current engineering practices and work to develop your own systems and solutions in response to a variety of applications. You’ll also become adept in the gathering, analysis and application of data, using information to your advantage to create effective mechanical engineering systems and solutions. As you learn to integrate your knowledge of mathematics, science, information technology, design and business, you’ll apply it to increasingly complex situations, developing your skills in lateral problem solving and innovative thinking. This degree is accredited by the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) as fully satisfying the educational base for a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
