At the end of the day, Heather's energy shone through. She generally has the response to any inquiries straight away. Learnt some extremely helpful tips and in addition an exceptionally welcome recap of the Introduction course. I feel a great deal more certain about applying calculations/formulae/functions to a spreadsheet.
