Microsoft Office Project 2010 - Project Management Course

Introduction

• During this course, candidates will be learning about mastering project management with Microsoft Project 2010 and developing new skills and knowledge.
• Candidates will be learning how to make use out of all of the features within Microsoft project 2010 keeping in mind the roles of a project manager.
• This course will teach candidates how to set up files, customise and develop recovery plans and create risk and recovery situations to work to and test the plans.

Pre-Requisites

• Candidates require to have experience within the project management essentials course or at least two years general experience within project management and have Microsoft project 2010 on a laptop or computer.
