Massage Foundation

Joan

10/09/2014
What I would highlight: This is the perfect course for those therapists who want to build on their basic massage skills but are not interested in sports massage. The tutor was professional but relaxed. The class size and interactive nature of the lessons means that faster and slower learners are equally catered for. However, you will still need to put in time at home to reinforce the new knowledge. The course already gives you the practical skills and underpinning knowledge to think for yourself. I would definitely recommend the course to newly qualified massage therapists and to experienced ones.

What I would highlight: I needed to pass this course to book on the ITEC reflexology. Even though I've not been in the classroom for over 30 years, I found the class very fun because of the tutor. At the end of the day it depends on the individual and how much they want out of it.

ITEC Diet & Nutrition Certificate for Complementary Therapists (online course)

Merc

What I would highlight: I took the diet and nutrition course at mscm. Truly think this is one of the best courses available for this field due to the high standards and professionalism of the school and the knowledge and dedication of the tutor. The school also does seminars of individual subjects such as 7 a day, fats, protein, fats, truth about sugar, supplements, taught by Margaret for people interested in diet and nutrition but don't need the qualification.
