On our BSc Midwifery: Registered Midwife course, you’ll gain experience of caring for individual women throughout the antenatal, labour and postnatal period.

Our course is equally divided between academic learning and practical experience. You’ll study a broad range of scientific and midwifery topics and will be taught to critically evaluate the evidence-based learning and research findings that inform practice.

You’ll develop a responsive attitude to the needs of childbearing women and their families, reflected in your capacity to assess their needs, make judgements, and plan, implement and evaluate care.
