Our courses and events in mindfulness can help relieve suffering caused by stress, chronic pain, and other conditions, and help you live a richer life. Mindfulness training helps you relax and experience calm more readily, so that you can cope more effectively with short- and long-term stressful situations. Research over the last ten years shows that mindfulness changes the way we relate to our experience, developing resilience, and helping us connect more deeply with our own inner resources for healing, coping, and feeling more in charge of life in new ways. As well as group courses around the Plymouth area, we also tutor individuals in personal one-to-one sessions and distance learning. See our website or contact us to find out more. We are: Mark Bowden - began teaching meditation and yoga in the early 1980s and a former Director of Bristol Buddhist Centre.Patricia Geraghty - yoga tutor and counsellor (MBACP Accredited) with many years' experience of working in the NHS and private practice.
