This is a refresher course for those students who have undertaken the Mindful Photography Course and would like to discuss their progress, share experiences and strengthen their practice in both photography and mindfulness practice.
Even if you have not managed to do much between the Mindful Photography course
and now, this session will give you the opportunity to refresh your techniques and processes, and offer you support and help to strengthen or restart your practice.
If you feel you have been progressing well in both Mindfulness and in Mindful Photography it will be a chance to share your progress, inspire others and consider how to develop your practice further.

About this course
- have revised the use of mindfulness to develop ways of seeing and your photography practice
- have gained support for individual experiences and issues encountered
- understand how to proceed in your photography and mindfulness journey;
- have gained peer and tutor tips in both photography and mindfulness to enhance individual practice.
You will receive feedback throughout the half-day course.
