The History of Florence is a wonderful course that helps understand the Renaissance and its roots in the city of Florence. Istituto Galilei has a great teacher, Nicola, who is able to discover this topic in a very enthusiastic, personable and knowledgeable manner and in a short amount of time. I learned about places, artists, their ideas and was able to see the rich connection between these groups. I am no longer a tourist in Florence, as my view of this city changed completely by doing this course. Now I feel much more connected to this great story.
The course group was small and everyone was able to interact and ask questions. Highly recommended!

The History of Florence is a wonderful course that helps understand the Renaissance and its roots in the city of Florence. I am so happy I'm here! My flat and the campus is like a village there's even a bank there, a post office, a big supermarket, pharmacy. You can easily survive here without stepping outside of the university premises.

I will surely recommend this university. The academics standards are quite high and the subjects are well explained by teachers. Students and teachers are very helpful and the accommodation is fine but not great. The facilities are satisfactory.
