Introduction

This M_o_R® course consists of three days of training to pass the M_o_R® Foundation exam. The exam is included and the course is fully accredited by the BCS.

M_o_R® certification gives managers an effective risk management framework through which to make strategic, programme, project and operational decisions.

Pre-Course Reading

There are some exercises that it is recommended you complete before starting the course. These are:

• Reading a few chapters of the M_o_R® manual, “Management of Risk: Guidance for Practitioners”
• Pre-course questions

This course is open to everyone and there are no prerequisites.

• The MoR Foundation exam is on the final afternoon

M_o_R® Foundation Exam

Foundation exam:

• Focuses on knowledge of the M_o_R® framework
• Multiple choice
• 75 questions
• 5 questions are trial and not counted
• 1 hour
• Closed book
• Pass mark is 50%
