About MSci Chemical Physics with Industrial Experience
The first and second year of this course are identical to the MSci in Chemical Physics (F322).
In your third year you will work as a paid employee in the labs of a major company. During this year you will become an expert scientist and develop important transferable skills. You will also study a small number of academic units through distance learning, making the transition between university and placement as smooth as possible.
You will return to the University in your fourth year and study a mixture of physics and chemistry units, plus a small research project.
The course is accredited by the Institute of Physics and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
