This course provides a broad introduction to Building Technician Studies and a basis for Higher Education. It will introduce the basic building management topics including Surveying, Administration and Contract Practice.

This course is aimed at junior technicians employed in the Construction industry. A generic technician qualification giving a broad insight into the various construction management professions. There is a combination of course work, project work and external assessments
