Progression:
These qualifications will allow students to progress to Higher Education (Sport Science, Sports Management, Sports Development, Sports Coaching, Sport Psychology, Sports Therapy). In addition to this, the qualification will allow students to progress into a career in the Sport, Fitness & Leisure industry.

Awarding Body:
Edexcel

Exam:
No examinations are taken. All work is assessed via written assignments, practical assessment, presentations, work experience & tutor observations.

Qualification:
National Certificate in Sport (2 A levels)
National Diploma in Sport (3 A levels)

Level:
3

Professional Appearance:
Students are expected to have sports kit at all times. Trainers must have non-marking soles. Sports trainers, rather than fashion trainers are preferable.
It is recommended that students have a sports capped water bottle.

Other Costs:
Please note that at the start of the course there is a 50 payment to cover the cost of a College T- shirt and any local trips to enhance the delivery of your programme.
