Due to health issues, I could not attend college and so a friend suggested NCC home learning. And I am happy that I followed the advice. The course work was fascinating and demanding as well. The mentors are accessible through email to respond to all the queries. I have consummated my level 3 Diploma in counselling studies recently and will pursue further courses with NCC. I also liked the flexibility of completing the course in your convenience and not to mention the support team was impeccable. Thank you NCC.

NCC provides awesome variety of courses, and I have gained a qualification with them which will bolster me in my opted career. But, I had 2 issues with them. Half way through my course, my mentor was replaced and there was quite confusion on the way the mentors worked or assessed my task. The second mentor did not give precise input on any changes required. Also, the course work was not quite informative on some of the topics.

NCC provides awesome variety of courses, and I have gained a qualification with them which will bolster me in my opted career. But, I had 2 issues with them. I concluded my distance learning course lately on Neurological Conditions. It was an awesome involvement and it improved my knowledge in this area. The course offers the pupil to work at their pace and convenience. Input from mentor helps the students to increase their knowledge and also learn what is expected from them after finishing each module so that they can work on their weaknesses if any. The course content was descriptive. All in all, it is quite a fascinating and educational course for anybody working in the social science environment.

The Customer Service course has surpassed my expectations. I had the best tutor I ever met! Always responds back to my emails and queries, offers help and support where needed. Recently I've had trouble uploading an assignment where I thought I submitted it 16 days earlier, it was just downloaded not submitted. I emailed my tutor Juliette and the response I got was amazing. I'm really greatful to have such an understanding and helpful tutor.

Awesome course, quite descriptive and excellent trainers feedback. An extraordinary way to acquire this ability if you cannot go to classroom learning. A Nice case full of educational materials in each module and simple to trace information in the case.The only problem would be little lagging behind in getting the assessment from a module.
