What I would highlight: The Customer Service course has surpassed my expectations. I had the best tutor I ever met! Always responds back to my emails and queries, offers help and support where needed. Recently I've had trouble uploading an assignment where I thought I submitted it 16 days earlier, it was just downloaded not submitted. I emailed my tutor Juliette and the response I got was amazing. I'm really greatful to have such an understanding and helpful tutor.

What I would highlight: I pursued the Business Administration Diploma and completely loved the course. The course guide was simple to comprehend and I got all the assistance I required. My mentor replied to my emails promptly. All in all, I think the course was worth the cost and I would surely suggest it to others. Thanks NCC.

Training and Development Diploma - Customer Service

Individuals will learn the importance of customer service and how to deliver excellent service by following the good practice identified in this course. The information provided will support individuals with their career development, will improve self-confidence and ensure that they are prepared to meet the needs of their internal and external customers. For the employer it should help to ensure that employees are taking care of the customers of the business, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and retention and reducing complaints. The aim of this course is to identify the principles and practice of effective customer service and the ways in which these can be used to enhance the customer service experience in most customer focused situations. The objectives of the course are to identify customers and describe the importance of effective customer service, to describe the principles of effective customer service and the legislation relating to it, to explain how to meet customers' needs and respond to their special requests and to describe the individual needs of customers and the actions required to meet them.

This course has been designed to increase the awareness of an effective approach to customer service. You will receive full personal tutor support by mail and email. Our student support team are also available for any other queries that you may have whilst completing your course. You can be assured that support is available for your home study course, so there is no need to struggle or feel isolated during your studies.

You have the freedom to start the course at any time and continue your studies at your own pace for a period of up to 12 months from initial registration. The Training and Development Diploma ASET Level 3 complete with Customer Service seminar is assessed by completion of a series of tutor marked activities that are designed to develop and reinforce your understanding of the key principles and concepts and how to apply these to your training. In addition you will be required to complete a final practical assignment which is to prepare and deliver training programmes using your customer service seminar resource on two separate occasions to a minimum group size of six attendees. The Training and Development Diploma complete with Customer Service is fully accredited by the National Awarding Body ASET, who are recognised by the department for Education and Skills and by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority in Britain.
