Choosing to study our NCFE Level 2 Equality and Diversity course can provide staff members with the opportunity to build a solid foundation of knowledge that can make a real difference to the dynamic of their workspace.
By helping you to recognise the responsibilities held by each person/organisation – when dealing with equality and diversity – you will be able to take these insights, and use them to dissolve existing barriers of participation within society.
At the same time, you will be able to transform the way you engage and interact with others; as you’ll have a thorough theoretical knowledge of all equality laws, legislations and how workplaces should implement them.
In many ways, this course can be used to aid your personal development, as it can easily fit around your existing work commitments and help you to achieve a healthy work-study balance.
Similarly, learners just leaving school (aged 16 or above) – and entering into the work field for this first time – can also benefit from this course, as they can use this knowledge within future job applications.
