Introduction:
This qualification is aimed at those looking for a career in the travel and tourism industry with a focus on working as an Overseas Resort Representative.

Study Mode & Location:
This 20 week part-time course lasts for 3 hours per week. It will be held at Preston College, Fulwood Campus, St Vincent`s Road, Preston, PR2 8UR.

Course Content:
Areas of study include:

• Understand the travel industry and the role of the Resort Representative
• Fulfil the Resort Representative's role at the airport, hotel, and on coach transfer
• Promote effective customer care
• Investigate Resort Representative reporting

Assessment:
You will complete a portfolio of evidence. Assessment will be on-going thoughout the course and will include role-plays, class activities, presentations and assignments.

Your journey starts here! Successful completion of this course will allow you to pursue employment as a Resort Representative via a guaranteed interview with Thomas Cook.

How To Apply
You will need to have an informal interview with a Adult Admissions Adviser.
Many courses have limited places so please enquire as soon as possible. Following interview, the earliest you may enrol is mid-June.
