NCUK FOUNDATION BUSINESS

The Business Pathway on the NCUK International Foundation is comprised of the following modules:

This course provides an introduction to basic economic concepts and principles. The first term deals with microeconomic issues; the second term with macroeconomic issues.

This module covers: Logical Thinking; Reasoning; Theoretical and Applied Mathematics; Modelling; Interpreting Results.

Students develop academic reading, writing, listening and speaking skills together with the skills required to interpret academic texts and write academic assignments.

The aim of this module is to ensure students have a solid grounding in many areas of Business, and feel confident in commencing their studies in this field at undergraduate level.

OR

This module provides students with a strong foundation in a variety of political topics. Traditional Politics and Society syllabuses have been modified to allow for students who have little or no background knowledge in this area.
