People with or aspiring to manage safety responsibilities in the oil and gas industries both on and offshore. Learners should preferably already be experienced within the field and should ideally already be qualified with a NEBOSH General Certificate or it's equivalent.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, however it is highly recommended that students have an existing underpinning knowledge of safety issues or have completed a NEBOSH Certificate level qualification previously.
NEBOSH International Technical Certificate in Oil & Gas Operational Safety
Industry specific knowledge, particularly focused on risks surrounding oil and gas processes to ensure risks are not overlooked.
Completion of a NEBOSH General Certificate prior to starting this course has been shown to increase pass marks by up to 25% on examinations.
