The name – Neuro-linguistic programming - implies the power of the skills which are explored through learning NLP: the way the mind works has an effect on what we say, feel, and think. Also, the way we speak to ourselves or others effects how our mind works. Hence, one can "programme" the other.

This training will introduce you to the basic elements of NLP, which in turn will enable you to better understand the people around you. It shows you a set of tools and techniques which may be used in a variety of situations – improved negotiation skills, increased awareness of self and your team, improved relationships & communications – personal and work based.
