St Giles Family Courses offer families the chance to visit the USA together in the summer. Parents and children can study English in the mornings in separate classes at our year-round adult school, St Giles New York City. After lessons, the whole family can enjoy three afternoon activities per week together plus a weekly full-day excursion.

Course programme
St Giles New York City is located right in the heart of Manhattan, next to the famous Empire State Building. After your lessons, you can enjoy 3 afternoon activities as a family with St Giles each week. Activities will include going up the Empire State Building, Ellis Island & Statue of Liberty, Baseball Stadium Tour, Central Park and more! There will also be a weekly full-day excursion for you to enjoy with your family and other families from all over the world.
We offer breakfast only or half-board accommodation in homestays as part of the package. These are typically located outside of Manhattan around 45-60 minutes away from the school. Alternatively, for a more independent option, we can help you to arrange apartments or hotels upon request.
The Family Course package includes three afternoon activities for the whole family to enjoy. There is also one full-day excursion each week on Saturdays. Activities and excursions may include: visits to the Empire State Building, Ellis Island & Statue of Liberty, Baseball stadium tour and sports in a local park.
