NLP a Refreshing Day in Business

Over the last number of years the field of Neuro-Linguistic Programming has been gradually making some of its skills and techniques appear in many forms of business, whether that be through advertising, marketing, recruitment, staff development and retention policies.

We recognise that a great many people now have had some exposure to NLP Training to some degree or another and whilst we appreciate that everyone's understanding of what they have learnt and how they put it into practice is different - some small interventions to get practitioners focusing on specific aspects of their training will help them greatly in their businesses.

We have put together a day to ask two highly trained Society of NLP Trainers the questions you have about how your knowledge can be better used in business. It could be that you want to be able to ask better questions, or maybe to become more influential to your staff or customers, or communicate more effectively up and down your company and work on improving your staff retention or absence management or many other areas.

On Saturday 27th November 2010, June O'Driscoll and Geoff Rolls, will be hosting a "refreshing day of NLP for business." At this session they will work with you to find out what holds most of you back from using the skills and techniques, and upskilling you to ensure that you feel more confident utilising these in your workplace and to promote your business further. Both June and Geoff's background is from FTSE100 companies and they still both work in businesses training and developing techniques with their clients.

The only minimum requirement for coming is that you will already hold a certificate designating you are an NLP Practitioner or above, and this is to ensure everyone starts from a similar understanding
