Course programme

Students study on a full-time basis for 12 months. A range of teaching and learning strategies are used including classroom teaching, web based materials and one-to-one supervision.

Optional Modules

You will study an additional three optional modules of your own choice. Individual advice on module selection will be given by your programme leader.

Course details

We teach three core modules to give you the knowledge you need to achieve your degree qualification. This includes applying what you learn to a research project.

You also tailor the course to your interests by picking three modules. From exploring drug addiction to understanding diabetes treatment, you’ll find modules that are a perfect fit for expanding your expertise.

Assessment

On this course, we use a variety of methods to assess your learning. You’ll complete essays, reports, portfolios and dissertations. For some modules, you’ll take traditional written exams too.

Additional information

The UK tuition fee for the 2019-2020 academic year is currently £9,250 per year. This is based on the UK Government’s cap.

The International tuition fee for the 2019-2020 academic year is £28,900 per year.
